As the Human Resources Director, my role is to make sure that our teams not only work efficiently, but also enjoy what they do — in an environment where creativity, collaboration, and curiosity thrive every day. Teamwork at Loodos isn’t a checkbox; it’s how we operate. 

From playful GIFs on Slack to strategy maps drawn on a whiteboard, communication flows naturally and transparently. Yes, we care deeply about quality and results. But behind these serious-sounding words, there’s a culture full of energy, fun, and human connection. This is Loodos. I started my career at Loodos as an iOS Developer, and after taking on roles such as iOS Team Lead and Architect, I am currently working as an Engineering Manager. 

The growth environment and supportive team culture at Loodos have played a key role in helping me reach this point. Here, the focus is not on individual achievements, but on collective success. 

I believe Loodos provides a strong foundation for both technical and personal development. Knowing that this experience is accessible to everyone is a major source of motivation for me.

As a working mother, being part of Loodos is a great advantage for me in balancing my professional and personal life. 

Thanks to Loodos’s flexible and trust-based working structure, physical office environment, and strong team communication culture, I always feel supported. 

In addition, the monthly team events we organize offer a great opportunity to catch a breath during our busy schedule and strengthen our team bond. Being able to grow and create in such an environment is truly valuable to me.

Loodos is a place of growth and change. I started my journey at Loodos as an iOS developer then became a Tech Lead, after that a Mobile Software Architect and now an Engineering Manager. This was possible because at Loodos we are part of a community where both personal and technical growth are valued and encouraged. I've watched and still observing new and seasoned people in the industry improving and changing themselves for the better here at Loodos. Which is one of the reasons I'm always happy to be part of this team and company.

Working at Loodos gives me the chance to constantly expand my perspective by contributing to projects across multiple industries. The variety of work keeps things fresh and allows me to develop new skills along the way. What makes this experience even more meaningful is the genuine sense of collaboration within the team. Whenever I need input or guidance, I know I can turn to colleagues who bring valuable insights from their own areas of expertise. Being in such an open and curious work environment helps me stay engaged and keep learning.
